Here's how our cancellation policy works:

• 24 Hours or More in Advance: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

• Less Than 24 Hours: If you find yourself needing to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, please be aware that failing to show up or canceling within this time frame will result in a full charge for the appointment. However, we do handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. While we can't guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a solution that is fair for both parties.
