We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session.
Here's how our cancellation policy works:
β’ 24 Hours or more in advance: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
β’ Less than 24 Hours: If you find yourself needing to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, please be aware that failing to show up or canceling within this time frame will result in a full charge for the appointment. However, we do handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. While we can't guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a solution that is fair for both you and the tutor.
We aim to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time of our tutors. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Hi, I'm Omar Andani and I'm the founder of TutorLyft. I started this platform inspired by my own academic struggles and the profound isolation I felt during that time. My turning point came when I connected with the right tutor, who not only helped me excel in my courses but also ignited a passion for learning.
This experience not only led me to earn multiple graduate degrees but also inspired the creation of TutorLyft. Now, my mission is clear: to ensure every student finds the right tutor to help them succeed, just as I did.
