Creates a safe learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them. I believe that trial and errors are not only a fundamental part of the scientific process, but also an integral part of the learning process, and part of the educator's job is to normalize mistakes.
Problem-based with a lot of scaffolding. I heavily utilize the "I do, we do, you do" and similar scaffolding techniques as they allow me to communicate abstract concepts in the form of tangible steps, while preventing sensory overload.
To remember that there are always going to be bumps here and there on the journey of life; sometimes there might even be detours, but that is just how life is. While working hard, we shouldn't forget to take a breather from time to time and appreciate where we are and the achievements we have made.
Can write upside down! I slowly learned to write upside down throughout my past few years of tutoring and it has since become pretty natural to me.
