You are free to explore and connect with tutors at no charge and only pay for the tutoring sessions you choose to book. We're committed to providing a seamless experience for you to find the perfect tutor to meet your learning needs.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a scheduled tutoring session.
Here's how our cancellation policy works:
• 24 Hours or more in advance: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
• Less than 24 Hours: If you find yourself needing to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, please be aware that failing to show up or canceling within this time frame will result in a full charge for the appointment. However, we do handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. While we can't guarantee a refund, we will do our best to find a solution that is fair for both you and the tutor.
